UI/UX Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into engaging, responsive designs. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design sense, problem-solving ability, and passion for improving user journeys.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to understand pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent UI components.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (a plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
